What we collect

You can use the free sample questions without an account and without giving us anything.

If you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in through a third-party provider, the basic profile information that provider shares. We store your study activity: which questions you answered, whether you got them right, and your mock exam scores. That is what makes progress tracking work.

If you buy a membership, payment is handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and a customer reference. We never see or store your full card number.

Like most websites, our servers record standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. This is used for security, rate limiting, and diagnosing problems.

Why we collect it

• To give you access to the material you signed up or paid for.
• To save your progress so you can pick up where you left off.
• To process payments and provide receipts and support.
• To keep the service working and protect it from abuse.
• To understand which questions are too easy, too hard, or unclear, so the bank improves.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Service providers

Running this site involves a small number of third parties who process data on our behalf: a hosting provider, an authentication and database provider, and a payment processor. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

If advertising is shown on the site, ad providers may use cookies or similar technology to serve and measure ads. Where required, you will be asked for consent before any non-essential cookie is set, and you can change that choice at any time.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. It is required for the site to function and cannot be turned off while you are logged in. Any additional cookies, such as analytics or advertising, are optional and subject to your consent where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Account and study data is kept while your account is open. If you delete your account we remove your personal data, except records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes, such as payment records. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and close your account. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information in that sense, but the request channel is the same: email us.

Children

This site is intended for adults pursuing a professional license. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use encryption in transit, restrict access to production systems, and store credentials outside the codebase. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat account and payment data as the part of the service that matters most to protect.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, for significant changes affecting account holders, notify you by email.
